Representatives of Russian research centers establish relationships with PITA companies

During a visit to the Technology Park they have maintained contact with institutions and entities to be able to carry out future projects and start commercial relations

Through the company Clever I + C, the Science and Technology Park of Almería (PITA) has received the visit of representatives of Russian research centers. The objective of this visit is the relevance of the companies located in the Park in sectors as strong as biotechnology, which in Russia are in the development phase.

Clever I + C, located in the PITA, is currently executing two projects on Russian soil. His position in the field of innovation and research sparked the interest of the agency Innotech, whose mission is the promotion and assistance to SMEs in the field of R & D, mainly focused on biotechnology.

In this way, links with some well-known companies have been strengthened, in addition to discovering new entities, establishing relationships and synergies with those centers and companies with which future projects and commercial relationships could be established.

Together with Innotech, they visited the PITA representatives of the Kurgan engineering center, Kemerovo State University and the Food Science and Technology Institute. During their stay at the Park, they held meetings with executives from Tecnova Technology Center, Biorizon Biotech and the Almerian technopolis.

This trade mission began on Monday, November 27 in Madrid with a meeting with biotechnology companies within the Spanish Association of Biocompanies (ASEBIO), as well as visiting the Higher School of Mines and Energy of the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM). In Almeria, they also visited the Deretil company, the Cajamar Las Palmerillas Experimental Station; in Granada, they visited the biotechnology company Domca and Cidaf.
